there is a dangerous misunderstanding about "freedom of religion", as it leads some people believe that they have special "freedoms", because they are religious.
this is religious privilege and fundamentally what freedom of religion is opposed to.
the reason why you are propably allowed to build a religious building or celebrate a religios holiday, is merely that you are allowed to build and celebrate anything you like, as long as it doesn't harm anyones freedom.
you have the same right to religion as you have to a fancy dress: if you can achieve to have it without harming anyone, then you may go and get it.
you right to "follow" religious literature is the same as to "follow" the story of "Frankenstein", a telephone book, or the or the operation manual of a sex toy.
